I ordered the bed frame during the company's holiday closure, and the package was delivered shortly after operations resumed. We received an email with the tracking ID, followed by another email after delivery asking if everything had arrived safely and if there were any issues. There were no problems. Unpacking the parts was actually more difficult than installing the unit in the vehicle. Although no instructions were included, the five parts could be assembled intuitively. The entire setup is very sturdy and leaves enough space underneath for standard Euro-style storage boxes. Overall, we are absolutely thrilled with the design; the price is perfectly reasonable, and the system can be installed in the vehicle very quickly and securely.

The bed frame arrived quickly and I was surprised by how compact and simple it is. I put it up alone in a couple of minutes and it's a perfect fit. It is very snug at the back so it doesn't move around and the felt protection ensures it doesn't scratch the interior.

It's built to fit the van with the boot trays removed which allows for more storage space underneath. It's also the right height to allow plenty of head room to move around when on the bed too.

Great communication on WhatsApp and great service and product all around, I’d highly recommend.
